Written comments are accepted from the time the agenda is posted up until one hour before the meeting start time. Comments will be distributed to all City Council members.
Step 1. Click on the “Leave Your Message Now” button.
Step 2. Scroll to find the meeting you want to participate in. You may have to click “Show more” until you see the correct meeting. Look for the next event that says “Public Comment Session”.
Step 3. Click on the button that says “View Page”. When the next page appears, scroll past the form, all the way down until you get to the section that says “Comments”.
Step 4. Here you can type in your message and submit by clicking “Comment”.
Step 5. You’ll receive an email confirmation of your submission to the email you entered. Your message does make a difference and we are thankful for your participation.
